Placing an Order

The Order

Once you have decided on your items and method of ordering, please be sure to consult our size chart if you have any uncertainty in terms of sizing.

How long will the order take?

All orders take 3-7 working days to be handcrafted specifically for you.

Certain items are available immediately depending on the availability of stock.

Please note that no item will be put into manufacturing unless the payment has been received.

Payment

Electronic payments are preferred but the option is available for you to drop the amount off, in cash, at the respective location in the areas listed below. Please note that your order will only be manufactured once we have received payment.

Please note that no item will be available for collection unless the money has reflected on our side.

Collection & Delivery

Should you choose to collect your items you have the following options in terms of collection periods:

Sherwood

Mon-Fri collections  09:00 - 17:00 

Saturday collections 09:00 - 10:30

Please note that all collections should be arranged prior via our Whatsapp Business account or email confirmation.

LOCAL DELIVERY (Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape)

R50 - For all locations within a 10km radius of Sherwood, Port Elizabeth

(This includes Ben Kamma, Bridgemead, Charlo, Framesby, Greenacres, Westring, Linton Grange, Lorraine, Rowallan Park, Kamma Park, Sunridge)

R70 - For locations within an 11km+ radius of Sherwood, Eastern Cape

(This includes Walmer, Humewood, Lovemore Heights, Mount Pleasant, Summerstand)

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

These delivery costs apply to all areas outside of Port Elizabeth.

1) ARAMEX - R100.00

   Up to 3 business days 

   Store-to-door

2) PAXI - R100.00

   3-5 business days (Max 5kg)

3) PAXI - R60.00

   7-9 business days (Max 5kg)

   Store-to-store 

Please note when using Paxi, parcels must be collected at participating stores.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Shopping online can seem tricky when it comes to sizing, and we understand that. This is why we have made our size chart available. All the needed measurements to ensure your items fit you perfectly are listed.

We are happy to refund or exchange items with the following terms and conditions in mind:

- The item/s should be in the exact condition as received - washed items are not accepted.

- The item/s being returned/exchanged may not have been worn beforehand.

- Return/exchange can only be done up to 7 days after collection/delivery has taken place.

- Should your item be the wrong size, we will happily accommodate you with an exchange, but no returns will be made for items ordered in the incorrect size, hence why it is very important to take a look at our size chart. 

- Sale items, as well as customized items, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Fee

Should, for any unfortunate reason, you decide to cancel your order, the following information is very important:

- Cancellation within 48-72 hours after the order has been processed - full refund 

- Cancellation 3 days after the order has been processed- 70% refund

- Cancellation 4 days after the order has been processed- 50% refund

- Cancellation after 5 or more days, including on the day of collection/delivery - no refund

Please understand that your item is being created throughout various steps in a process, therefore canceling an order 3 days after processing it will not be fully refundable because we definitively know that your item has been put into the production process.
